Sojourner Truth was a former slave, abolitionist, and women’s rights activist. As a young woman, she escaped slavery with her infant. Sojourner Truth was a remarkable woman who successfully faced difficult challenges and fought for civil rights.This Sojourner Truth paper doll is hand-drawn and stands approximately 8 1/2" tall. She comes with six dresses, an attached stand, and an envelope to store the doll and her clothes. The uncut paper doll and clothes are printed on white card stock and bound in a book.
